I used to hate it when I've gone to bed and I'm laying there wide awake with my mind racing, while everyone else is peacefully snoozing! I came over it three years ago but I think Imight be experiencing it back once again. What are the permanent ways to/you can handle this situation?

I try to keep the diary, eat healthy and do physical exercise. Thanks to this way of life I rarely have insomnia. You can use pills as a temporary measure.
