Have you ever tried to knead flour for Chapati? How far did you go kneading when you had much to knead but in a very small basin? Think about it. And yet this is how we treat our delicate stomachs!

When mastication is done in the mouth , food is swallowed down to the stomach through the gallet. Immediately food is settled in the stomach, "kneading process" begins; to mix the food with the digestive juices. Shortly after, every food particle is worked on by the specific juice and enzymes until done.

when the stomach is fully packed with food, in the event of over-eating, the wall of the stomach releases the juices but can't "knead" it property, there is no enough space for kneading! The food does not properly mix with the juices, the digestion is impaired.

The stomach struggles to mix, "knead" longer than normal time required. Since the stomach works on the time limits, the food spoils in the stomach, it ferments. This is no longer food but poison! This causes constipation, gases and even injures the delicate stomach muscles. This is Injustice to yourself! Do you know of such a victim?

It's better not to overeat, at least because in this case the body has to work to the max. As a result you can have poor health, weakness and malaise, well, and extra weight in addition.

Yes, perhaps this is the biggest crime, if you constantly overeat that increases the stomach, there are problems with digestion and usually with time and extra pounds. :(
