Well, it is quite easy to answer if you know what kind of payment processor those sites use. After all, it cost you nothing to open both Moneybookers and AlertPay... You shoučd verify any of them anyway.

This is an easy one for me and I will choose alertpay over moneybookers. Firstly not a lot of sites I came across dont use moneybookers but accept alertpay. It would therefore not benefit me much if I have funds in account and cannot use them directly.

for me, alertpay is a more suitable option than moneybookers.

it is easier for me to verify my alertpay account than my moneybookers account.

besides, alertpay is more useful to me than moneybookers.

Both are good but I use Moneybookers mostly, so I preferred moneybookers instead of alertpay. Moneybookers is the great and more popular around the world. It has required less holding time. It is always beneficial for every person and also consider speeding up things which you want.
